What would it mean to you if your child listened the first time?
Posted: April 30, 2019
One way we help your child develop listening skills is we train them to be first time listeners...at any point in the class we could ask them to repeat the directions or the moves that our instructors are looking for.
This heightens the awareness of our students, in order to keep their awareness active.
When we ask our students to repeat what we have said or done, it encourages them to be first time listeners.
When we ask them to repeat the directions in front of the whole studio, it allows them to develop into leaders at the same time !
Most children don't have the chance to practice these skills, but our students do every day.
